You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Mike's will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Refunds are processed within four weeks of our receipt of the returned item. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Mattresses must be new and in original plastic for full refund. Refunds will not be granted for used, opened, or damaged mattresses. If mattress was damaged upon receipt, a full refund will be granted or mattress will be replaced.
Mattress Warranty Information
We ship to the continental United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Free shipping for over $75 does not include mattresses or grills.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Local Delivery Policy
Adult over 18 must sign for delivery.
A Mike's employee will call the day prior to scheduled delivery to confirm delivery time. Cancellation must be made 24 hours before delivery or a 10% restocking fee will be assessed
*During this time due to the pandemic, we WILL NOT bring merchandise Inside your home* We offer a curbside service. Employees are not responsible for setting up items inside the home. It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through all doorways, up stairwells, down halls, and around corners into the desired location. If our employees are unable to deliver your regular stock furniture to the desired location, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee in accordance with our return policy. We are unable to deliver furniture above the third floor without an elevator. For any tight fit, the driver may request that you sign a damage waiver prior to attempting delivery. Our Employees will not remove old merchandise such mattresses and furniture. You are responsible for protecting your floors from damage by laying rugs, blankets, or cardboard down prior to delivery. Mike's Merchandise will not be responsible for damage to any floors
If Customer is at fault for wrong item being delivered, a second delivery charge will be assessed to complete the order. If incorrect item is delivered by store error, it will be returned and correct item will be delivered at no additional charge.
Returns must be in new condition for a refund. A second delivery charge will be assessed if return items must be picked up. Your initial delivery fee is not refundable.
Our delivery personnel are not permitted to move furniture currently in your home, nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical equipment.

In-Store Pick up Policy
A valid government issued ID in the name of purchaser is required for In-store pickup. Purchaser may call Pickup Store for alternate arrangements for pick up. If you do not take receipt of your regular stock items within two weeks of purchase, your order will be cancelled and you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
